In 24 hours, we should be well on our way to Italy. The Top Ten final reminders have been sent to the group a little while ago and packing is underway. We will be traveling in Italy, for most of our trip, with a group of 11 from Cardinal Newman Secondary School. It will be fun to get to know students and faculty from another school. Their trip is a couple days  shorter than ours and they'll be leaving Italy first, leaving the MCSS contingent on our own for the last days.

Tomorrow, we leave the comfortable confines of MCSS for what will be a very different experience for most of the girls. Italy is very different from Toronto. Travel is a wonderful educational experience. Often, travel to a far away destination makes one appreciate all that we have here, at home. We do hope that our international trips will become a Madonna tradition.
